The process of Returns and Refunds

We will contact you via the email used when purchasing your items, so make sure to use this email if any issues occur. We will refund you via the payment method used to purchase the items and refund the full amount and shipping fees where applicable. We will attempt to refund you as soon as possible but you have to take into consideration the time it takes to process the item, inspection and shipping time back to our third party company who deals with the shipment of our products.
The time of delivery of our products will be between 4 and 14 days from the date of purchase, please take this as an average delivery time as it will depend on where you reside that constitutes how long the item(s) will take to arrive to you.
Returns and Refunds
If you're unsatisfied with the item of clothing you have then that's no problem! At titan dept you have 30 days to return the unwanted item. Things to take note of:

The item must be in the original packaging upon return

It must not be worn

It must not be washed

It must be returned in its original condition
If the item is returned to us as described above it will then be reviewed and a refund will be issued if deserved upon inspection. If the item is returned with a disproportionate amount of damage than what is typically deemed as 'damaged goods' a refund will not be possible.
Exchanges are also an option if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, but again, it has to be returned as described above.
