This shipping policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
All orders are processed with 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched you will get an email confirmation and tracking information also via email.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, if your area is not listed, delivery may not be available at this time.
Delivery times
Standard UK delivery times: 5-10 business days, please note delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including postal delays or peak periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, it may vary depending on where you reside.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at titandept@hotmail.com. Under UK law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days (or the timeframe agreed at checkout), you're entitled to a full refund unless an alternative delivery date is agreed.
Incorrect delivery information
Titandept cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Risk and responsibilities
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they're delivered to you or to a safe place agreed by you.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
